I’d Like to Return an Item. How Do I Go About That?

What About My Refund?

Within 10 business days of the returned item having been cleared by Sole Base Head Office, the money will be refunded back to you via EFT.

I Want to Return an Item but I’ve Missed the 14-Day Cut-off Time

Please email your request to support@solebase.co.za and a customer support agent will deal with your query.

I’ve Been Sent the Wrong Item. What Now?

Please send an email to support@solebase.co.za and we’ll gladly exchange your item for the correct one.

I Would Like to Exchange an Item for the Same Item in a Different Size

Please send an email to support@solebase.co.za. We will process the exchange and try to help you to find the right size. If you simply want to swap sizes, you don’t have to wait for a credit. The exchange can be organised immediately if stock is available: just send an email. Then you can explain what you need: an exchange or a return. It is a free return but a re-delivery fee for an exchange will be for your account.
